End of Quarter
May 6th, 2007 | by admin |It’s really amazing how things can pile up at the end of a school quarter. The last few weeks have included: a presentation to RIT’s Industrial Advisory Board on one of my classes projects, a job offer from a major player in my industry, several BBQ’s and movie outings, and more work than any sane person could want to attempt. The next two weeks hold three major papers and a flash video game project plus my TA job and a bunch of grading work. I’m considering attending a conference with one of my professors to help present our classes work in early June, and I need to start working on my Masters Thesis Project proposal. I also have to begin preparing to teach a two week class at Kids on Campus this summer.
While I think I’m beginning to lose a little of the sanity I had left, this is certainly the most exciting quarter I’ve ever had. Carpe diem they say. I think I’ve carpe’d the heck out of every diem this quarter. I can’t wait till June and my vacation.
